General FAQs

  • Walk ins are welcome! However, we do recommend booking your activity tickets online to avoid disappointment.

  • For table bookings larger than 12 people please contact us to discuss options.

  • Easy access including ramps, however the mezzanine level can only be accessed via stairways. Please contact us if you need to reserve accessible seating for your booking.

    We cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes. While we try our very best to cater to all dietary requirements, cross-contamination can occur in the kitchen and cooking appliances. Eg. chips are cooked in the same oil that items which contain gluten and/or egg.

  • We do not allow outside food into the venue, with the exception of birthday cake and take home lolly bags.

Kid’s Party FAQs

  • Yes!

    Please be mindful that if your cake contains frosting or icing we may not have any room in our fridges to store it. We, of course try our very best to make room.

  • We do not allow outside food into the venue, with the exception of birthday cake and take home lolly bags.

  • Our party rooms are very funky and fun – they don’t need much! Keep in mind we get the party started pretty quickly – you won’t have much time to set up!

    Decorations permitted: 

    • Balloon bunches / numbers on weights
    • Themed table cloths
    • Themed cups, plates and cutlery

    Decorations NOT permitted: 

    • Decorations that stick onto the walls (including using blutack or command stips) *
    • Balloon Garlands, large backdrops, props, and stands (these are allowed with the exclusive mezzanine hire. Subject to availability)
    • Confetti 
    • Pinatas 
    • Silly String
    • Glitter
    • Sparklers or fireworks
    • Hired chairs and furniture

    *Note: You will incur a damage fee if items are stuck to the wall 

     

     

     

     

     

  • We have you sorted! Please book all kids in for the same activity when booking (if unsure – book all for SkyGlider or Climbing as they are limited capacity). The week of the party- let us know how many children of each age / activity. We’ll then update accordingly.

    3x Playground Party
    1x Under 2*

    *For ages 2 years and under

    • Meal provided and seat at the table: Book for Playground Party 
    • No meal or seat at the table: General Entry Ticket Price
  • Unfortunately, we don’t take room requests. All our party rooms are gender-neutral.

    You’ll be allocated a room that comfortably fits all children (usually with a little leeway for parents). Rooms are allocated to the parties the week of the event once all bookings are confirmed.

  • Tables are only reserved after your event IF you have added Playground Access. This table is reserved for 1hr following your event.

    We unfortunately don’t reserve tables during parties. All rooms are allocated to comfortably fit the number of children attending – with leeway for a similar amount of adults,

    If you have a large number of adults attending – please enquire about Mezzanine Hire (contact us for pricing). *Subject to availability

  • Please set up your drinks tab with your party host or reception on arrival. We’ll require a credit card or debit card to put in safe keeping as a security- but don’t worry we won’t change it until you are ready to finalise the tab.

    You can order drinks through your host or cafe.

  • We highly recommend booking all participants into the activity at the time of booking. Our center and activities run on a capacity basis. If you believe that additional people may want to climb on the day this must be pre-booked. We can’t guarantee there will be spots available on or closer to the day.

    Would you like to add some extra climbing or mini golf passes for extra guests? Please send us an email at cranbourne@socialfair.com.au with your existing booking number. Our team will add these for you.

  • You MUST book for the maximum – you’ll be asked to confirm final amounts 3-4 days before your event. If numbers are reduced from originally booked, they’ll be removed from your booking. You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you have a last-minute cancelation.

    • If your numbers increase after you’ve booked please email us at cranbourne@socialfair.com.au ASAP so we can reserve activity spots (they are limited!).
    • 7 days before your party, you’ll receive an email asking you to confirm the final numbers and food extras.
    • Final numbers and food extras need to be confirmed 3-4 days before your party at 12noon (Wednesday 12noon).
    • Final payment is required 24 hours before your party starts – no further changes to numbers can be made.

    Note: parties are based on activity capacity limits. If you are looking at having more than 25 children attending, please send an inquiry to our team to discuss options.

  • All platters need to be pre-ordered. We can’t guarantee the kitchen will have capacity and/or stock to provide any additional platters on the day.

    Additional drinks can be ordered through the cafe or your party host.

  • Playground is NOT included in SkyGlider High Ropes and Climbing Parties

    Extend your party fun by pre-booking UNLIMITED playzone access:

    • $10pp inc Grip Socks for all (if pre-booked for all children- must be added on at least 24hrs before your event.)
    • Unlimited Playground access
    • Grip Socks for all children
    • 1hr reserved table in playzone area

    *Playground parties include the above and don’t require additional Playground access.

  • We recommend a birthday party for participants of 8 or more.

    If you choose to have a little group gathering – please note the following before booking:

    1. Read the Terms and Conditions.
    2. Read through activity Safety guidelines and restrictions.
    3. Pre-book your activities – spots are limited!

    You can bring a small bunch of balloons on weights. No other decorations are allowed.
